What We Do

 It's hard enough coming up with the capital to start a business. Couple that with working with a landlord to lease space and a city with numerous  guidelines. We want to be the town that says, "yes" to business and is supportive of new and creative ideas.

We have many service organizations in town–each filling a necesary niche. Our mission is exclusively our downtown district. We recognize the importance of a vibrant downtown district, which serves to give our residents a sense of place and pride.

Collaboration is the key to successful projects in a town that has limited City resources and financial options. Many of our ideas require the support of many nonprofits, and people equally passionate about our downtown.
