From Ben's Friends of the Vine to Rio Hot Yoga to Hap's Taps, these entrepreneurs have transformed our city center, tapping into a shifting demographic. Yet, for many business owners, navigating the labyrinth of regulations, permits, and fees can be overwhelming. That’s where the Rio Vista Downtown Association comes in. Our mission is to simplify the process, providing the tools, guidance, and advocacy needed to help businesses not just open—but thrive.
